  • Build Your Brand and Support Conservation in Southern Alberta

Become a voice for wilderness! The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, Southern Alberta Chapter invites you to be a part of our annual Wild Soiree in Calgary, Alberta. This important event supports conservation and award-winning environmental education programs for Southern Alberta.

The Wild Soiree provides an excellent opportunity for you to connect with conservation-minded members, partners, business owners, government representatives and media in Alberta.  Align your business with influential guests who love our province’s parks, wildlife and wilderness areas.

“The 2016 Wild Voices Soiree was a smashing success for our guests and sponsors. The event was elegant and yet it was a lot of fun. We enjoyed a talk from conservationist and adventurer Brian Keating, and music by recording artists the Wardens. A sit down dinner and a fantastic silent auction rounded out the evening. This coming year we hope to make our Soiree extra special as we celebrate our 5oth anniversary.”

Anne-Marie Syslak, Executive Director, CPAWS Southern Alberta.

    WHAT WE DO

The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) is Canada’s only nationwide environmental charity dedicated solely to protecting our public land and water. The CPAWS Southern Alberta chapter was established in 1967. Today, we work with Albertans to establish and protect parks and wilderness areas from Red Deer south to the Alberta border. We worked to protect areas such as Kananaskis and we provide environmental education in the classroom and interpretive hikes in nature to foster a new generation of environmental stewardship.
