Learn the basics of birding and how you can contribute to citizen science!
WHY BIRDING?
Birding is a great activity that helps you get outside, connect with the wildlife in your backyard, and contribute to citizen science! Join Vanessa as she teaches you some birding basics. What’s more – learn about how birding can help the greater scientific community. With a simple action, you can help the scientists working to capture biodiversity in Alberta.
When you get outside and start birding, be sure to add any birds you identify to the eBird project.
