Connecting with nature, to protect nature
Dive into the stories of Alberta’s protected and unprotected wild spaces. Through the exploration of park ecosystems, students will see the complex wildlife society living under their noses. Then, allow CPAWS to reveal the students’ place within that society, by unravelling the complicated relationship between humans and the environment through a real-world case-study. Finally, bring curriculum to life with stories, bio-facts and activities on your own professionally guided outdoor experience.
Bring meaning to curriculum through place-based case studies, nature exploration, and help your students foster a deeper relationship with nature!
